Our 'Train Like A Pro' programme is delivered at North Leigh Football Club in conjunction with EFL professional footballer Jordan Thomas. This exclusive camp provides young players the opportunity to train in an elite coaching environment, set against the stunning backdrop of Estelle Manor. We are proud to provide elite coaching with structured sessions which combine technical detail, mindset and match preparation. The final day sees players take to the pitch in the official ESS Nike kit, concluding with medal, certificate presentation and individual feedback from the coaching team.
Camp notes
Our 'Train With a Pro' camps are delivered by our experienced professional coaching team, providing a structured and engaging programme across both morning and afternoon sessions. Each day includes a supervised lunch break at 12:00pm, giving players time to rest, reset, and refuel. All children should bring a packed lunch.
This unique camp experience is supported by current Cheltenham Town F.C. first-team player Jordan Thomas, offering players the exciting opportunity to be inspired by a professional footballer. Jordan is scheduled to attend across selected camp dates, subject to his professional playing commitments. Where available, players will have the chance to take part in sessions and activities alongside Jordan.
Our focus is on creating a fun, high-energy environment where players aged 7–12 can develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game.
What to Bring:
To ensure your child is fully prepared and comfortable throughout the day, please ensure they arrive with:
• Football boots and shin pads
• Plenty of fluids (water preferred, clearly labelled)
• A packed lunch
• Any required medication (e.g. inhalers), clearly labelled and handed to staff where appropriate
• A waterproof jacket and suitable clothing for all weather conditions
All personal belongings should be clearly named.
