Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all football camps, courses, and coaching sessions operated by Elite Soccer Stars LTD ("we", "us", "our").

By booking a place for your child, you agree to the following terms.

1. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be made in advance via our booking system or authorised booking channels.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place.

• Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion (see Section 6).

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All bookings are non-refundable, except where stated below.

• If your child cannot attend due to illness, injury, holidays, or other personal reasons, no refund will be issued.

• We do not offer refunds for partial attendance or missed days within a camp.

• In exceptional circumstances, and at our discretion, we may offer:

1. A credit towards a future Elite Soccer Stars camp (valid for a set period), or

2. A partial refund if a replacement participant fills the space.

3. Camp Cancellations or Changes by Elite Soccer Stars

• We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or alter camps due to:

1. Low numbers

2. Coach illness

3. Venue issues

4. Adverse weather

5. Circumstances beyond our control

• If we cancel a camp, you will be offered:

1. A full refund, or

2. A credit towards a future camp.

• We are not responsible for additional costs incurred (e.g. travel, accommodation).

4. Medical Information & Consent

• Parents/guardians must provide accurate medical and emergency contact details at the time of booking.

• By booking, you consent to your child receiving emergency first aid or medical treatment if required.

• It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements before the camp begins.

5. Safeguarding & Supervision

• Elite Soccer Stars follows safeguarding best practice and ensures all coaches are appropriately qualified and DBS-checked.

• Children are supervised only during scheduled camp hours.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for:

1. Prompt drop-off and collection

2. Informing us if someone else is collecting their child

• We cannot accept responsibility for children outside camp hours.

6. Behaviour & Conduct

• We expect all participants to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and other children.

• Disruptive, unsafe, or abusive behaviour may result in:

1. Removal from the session or camp

2. No refund issued

• We reserve the right to refuse future bookings if behaviour standards are not met.

7. Liability

• Football is a physical activity and involves an element of risk.

• Elite Soccer Stars accepts no liability for:

1. Injury sustained during normal participation

2. Loss or damage to personal property

• We recommend children do not bring valuables to camps.

• Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Photography & Video

• We may take photos or videos during camps for:

1. Marketing

2. Social media

3. Website content

• By booking, you consent to this use unless you notify us in writing prior to the camp.

• Images will be used responsibly and in line with safeguarding standards.

9. Data Protection

• Personal data is collected and stored in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.

• We will only use your information for:

1. Camp administration

2. Emergency contact

3. Relevant Elite Soccer Stars communications

• We will not share your data with third parties without consent.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.
